Fisher Phillips Attorneys Selected for Inclusion in Super Lawyers & Rising Stars

Memphis, TN, November 5, 2014 – Fisher Phillips is honored to announce the inclusion of attorneys Jeff Weintraub in Mid-South Super Lawyers, and Courtney Leyes in Rising Stars, which cover Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi. Weintraub has been named in Super Lawyers for his eighth consecutive year. Leyes receives Rising Star honors for the first year.

Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process is multi-phased and includes independent research, peer nominations, and peer evaluations.

Jeff Weintraub is the regional managing partner in the Memphis office of Fisher Phillips. He is a trial attorney who has represented employers in more than 50 jury and bench trials. He practices in both the private and public sectors in employment-harassment/discrimination and retaliatory discharge ("whistleblower") lawsuits. Courtney Leyes is an associate in the Memphis office. She represents employers throughout Mississippi with particular focus on the burgeoning industrial areas in the northern part of the state and the gaming industry in Tunica, Mississippi.
