ATLANTA, GA (December 12, 2007) An employment guide developed by Fisher Phillips Partner Andria Ryan has received a second award in the hospitality industry. The Colorado Hotel & Lodging Association received an "Award of Excellence " in the membership benefit category from the International Society of Hotel Association Executives (ISHAE) for the Employment Compliance Guide for Colorado Hospitality Employers. Ms. Ryan worked closely with CH&LA President Ilene Kamsler to develop the Employment Compliance Guide for the Colorado organization.
The Employment Compliance Guide for Colorado Hospitality Employers provides an overview of Colorado employment laws and state compliant employment forms. It has been distributed to the organization's membership. In October, the CH&LA presented Ms. Ryan with the Chairman's Award for the "Greatest Contribution by an Allied Member to the Association in 2007" for her work developing the Guide.
Ms. Ryan is a Partner and Chair of the Hospitality Industry Practice Group at Fisher Phillips. She represents employers in virtually every area of employment and labor law.
