In an interview with the Associated Press and syndicated across hundreds of publications nationwide, Nick Hulse offers his insight into what employers need to know about OSHA’s vaccine mandate. Specifically, he discusses details about what exemption requests to the mandate might mean for employers. Normally, Nick says, religious exemption requests are straightforward: Someone, say, requests Sundays off to attend church or observe a day of rest. Now, it will be “difficult to tell if (anti-vaccine) beliefs are sincerely held, or are they just trying to use religion to get an accommodation?”
