Tampa partner Steve Bernstein is interviewed by the Washington Examiner for its article “GM Plant Closures May Hinge on the Definition of One Word,” where he discusses the legal standing behind the automaker’s collective bargaining contract. Because the contract hinges upon specific wording around whether the plants would be “unallocated”, Steve points out “it is a semantic difference, not a substantial one, [and] that any regulatory agency would deem it as “wordplay.”
