Fisher Phillips Atlanta Attorney Elected to Partner

ATLANTA (January 3, 2017) – Fisher Phillips announced that Ted Boehm has been elected to partner. He is one of 13 attorneys in eight offices around the country who received equivalent promotions, all of which went into effect January 1, 2017.
Boehm represents management in a variety of labor and employment matters in state and federal courts. A significant portion of his practice focuses on the defense of wage and hour claims arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act. He has also handled significant compensation compliance matters in proceedings before the Department of Labor’s wage and hour division.

Additionally, Boehm counsels clients on a wide range of day-to-day employment issues, providing practical and proactive advice to clients aimed at minimizing the risk of litigation and improving employee relations. He also regularly writes articles and speaks on a variety of labor and employment law topics.
Boehm graduated from Tulane Law School and received his undergraduate degree from Sewanee: The University of the South. He was listed in Georgia Super Lawyers – Rising Stars in 2015 and 2016.
