Fisher Phillips Announces Ehsan Tabesh Has Been Named to the 2018 List of Texas Rising Stars

HOUSTON (March 12, 2018) – The Houston office of Fisher Phillips, a management-side labor and employment law firm, announced today that Ehsan Tabesh has been named to the 2018 Texas Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list. This exclusive list recognizes less than 3 percent of Texas lawyers. Additionally, attorneys must be under 40 years of age or have been practicing less than 10 years.
Ehsan is an associate in the firm's Houston office. He represents employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies on a variety of labor and employment matters, including breach of non-compete agreements and lawsuits alleging misappropriation of trade secrets; claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation; leave law violations; collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA); and other employment torts. Ehsan also counsels employers on compliance with federal and state employment statutes and drafts and reviews handbooks, employment policies, and employment contracts and non-compete agreements.
Ehsan obtained his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2010 and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sheri Polster Chappell of the United States District Court of the Middle District of Florida.
