Fisher Phillips Adds Yvonne Everett in San Francisco

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Yvonne C. Everett has joined as an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office.
Yvonne joins Fisher Phillips from the United States Postal Service (USPS), where she was a Labor and Employment Attorney in San Francisco. At the USPS she represented the agency before the Merit Systems Protection Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and litigated Occupational Safety and Health Administration retaliation claims in federal court. Yvonne also litigated single-plaintiff and class employment claims and successfully defended the agency against discrimination claims.
Prior to her service at USPS, Yvonne was an attorney at private law firms in California where she focused on employment and labor and contract issues. Her experience encompasses collective bargaining agreements, wage and hour, disability accessibility, discrimination and retaliation matters, and class action claims. Yvonne previously clerked at the AFL-CIO’s Office of the General Counsel, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and interned for the Honorable James E. Boasberg of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
At Fisher Phillips, Yvonne joins a growing team of California litigators and assists clients across the state with rapidly changing labor and employment laws that impact today’s workplace.
Yvonne earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, as well as an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.
