Fisher Phillips Adds Tiffani Wedington Greene in Charlotte

CHARLOTTE (November 19, 2018) – Fisher Phillips today announces the addition of employee benefits attorney Tiffani Wedington Greene as of counsel in the firm’s Charlotte office.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Tiffani worked as of counsel at a North Carolina-based law firm where she focused her practice in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation. She has extensive experience working with for-profit employers on qualified and non-qualified plans, health and welfare benefit plans, and executive compensation. Complementing her private practice, Tiffani has served in senior counsel and compliance roles at Duke Energy Corporation and TIAA.
“Tiffani brings a unique mix of experience in the complex area of employee benefits law. From counseling on the day-to-day operations of employee benefits plans, to assisting clients with the design and implementation of plans, as well as advising on compliance with changing laws, she has a deep understanding of her clients’ needs and how to create effective solutions,” said Mason Alexander, regional managing partner of the Charlotte office of Fisher Phillips. “Her results-oriented approach will make her a great asset to our clients and the firm.”
Tiffani earned her Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law, and earned her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Wake Forest University. She began her law career at Alston & Bird, LLP in the firm’s Atlanta office, acting as an ERISA and executive compensation associate. Tiffani has served with distinction on many Charlotte area nonprofit boards including most recently, Women Executives.
