Connie Yang Expands Firm’s Immigration Capabilities in Florida

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Connie Yang has joined the firm as an associate in the Orlando office.
Connie brings a global perspective to advise local, national and international companies in managing immigration compliance, including counseling on international mobility policies, filing of non-immigration and immigrant petitions, developing corporate immigration programs and providing strategic changes to existing mobility programs based on changing laws and regulations. As a part of her immigration practice, she helps employers with high volume corporate immigration issues, including the relocation of employees and securing business visas such as H-1B, E-3, EB-1C, PERM, I-140 for foreign workers.
Connie earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and her B.S. and B.A. from the University of Florida. She serves as a Foreign Legal Consultant for the Upper Law Society of Canada, is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is fluent in Mandarin.
