Fisher Phillips Adds Immigration Associate in Boston

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Casandra Ozcimder has joined the firm’s Immigration practice as an associate in the Boston office.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Casandra was a business immigration associate at a full-service Massachusetts firm. Her experience includes advising national and multinational corporations on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, complying with employment eligibility verification requirements, and responding to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Department of Labor (DOL) inquiries, audits, and worksite investigations. She has worked with clients in industries including technology, business consulting, life sciences, and financial services.

At Fisher Phillips, she joins a growing bi-coastal Immigration practice and will continue advising clients on a broad range of business immigration issues. She adds to the powerhouse experience and services that Brian Coughlin, a Boston-based partner, and Tatiana Chiu, an associate, bring to the firm’s clients in New England and across the country.

Casandra earned her law degree from Suffolk University Law School and her B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross.
