Fisher Phillips Adds IAPP-Certified Data Privacy Associate in New York

Fisher Phillips is pleased to announce that Annie Ziesing has joined the firm as an associate in the New York office, expanding the firm’s privacy and cyber practice on the East Coast.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Annie served as a clerk for Chief Judge Martin Glenn of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, where she drafted opinions, reconciled motions, and managed hearings for large-scale restructuring cases which encompassed a range of cryptocurrency, data privacy and financial issues.
Before clerking, Annie spent three years as a litigation associate at a global law firm, where she represented clients in financial services, banking, securities, trademark and contract disputes.
Annie is an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) and will provide counsel on various local, state, federal, and international laws relating to privacy, data protection and cybersecurity.
Annie has a B.A. from Cornell University and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School where she served as a board member for the Chicago Law Foundation and as a child advocate for the Young Center Immigrant Child Advocacy Clinic.
