Fisher Phillips Adds Eric Baginski in New Jersey

NEW JERSEY (October 18, 2018) – Fisher Phillips today announces the addition of employment attorney Eric Baginski, who joins as an Associate in the New Jersey office.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Eric worked as an associate at a national litigation boutique in New York City, where a component of his practice focused on employment counseling and litigation, including matters involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, wage and hour issues, and employment agreements. In his new role with Fisher Phillips, Eric will represent management in all aspects of labor and employment counseling and dispute resolution.

Eric earned his Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School and received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Middlebury College. Before attending law school, Eric worked as a litigation legal assistant in the Los Angeles office of a prominent international law firm.
