Fisher Phillips Adds Employment Litigators in Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, NC (October 23, 2020) – Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, announces the addition of Benjamin Morrell and Kyle Watson as associates in the firm’s Charlotte office.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Morrell served as a law clerk to U.S. Circuit Judge Richard Allen Griffin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He was also a litigation associate at a regional Tennessee law firm where he assisted clients throughout all stages of employment litigation involving wage and hour issues, misclassification of independent contractors, and interference with business relations. Morrell earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law and his B.A. from Rhodes College.
Watson represents employers in numerous labor and employment matters before state and federal courts, as well as defends them against charges brought by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. He joins from a regional South Carolina firm where his litigation prowess earned him favorable verdicts. Watson earned his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law and his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
