Fisher Phillips Adds Employment Litigator in New Jersey

New Jersey (March 21, 2019) – Fisher Phillips announces the addition of Holly Wintermute as an associate in its New Jersey office.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Holly was a litigation associate at a New York law firm where she worked on litigation and arbitration matters involving contract and regulatory disputes. She has represented clients in a number of industries, including financial services, pharmaceutical, telecommunications and municipalities. At Fisher Phillips, she will counsel and defend employers in all areas of labor and employment law.

Holly earned her Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Vassar College. While in law school, she served as a submissions editor of the Law Review, the director of the Eugene Gressman Moot Court Competition, and a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board.
