Fisher Phillips Adds Employment Litigator in New Jersey

New Jersey (October 14, 2019) – Fisher Phillips, a national labor and employment law firm representing employers, announces the addition of Alyssa Musmanno as an associate in the firm’s New Jersey office.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Alyssa was an associate at Day Pitney where she represented businesses in complex commercial litigation matters. At Fisher Phillips, she will work alongside the firm’s employment litigation practitioners to defend clients against wage and hour and collective actions, single-plaintiff claims, discrimination claims and retaliation and wrongful termination claims.
Before entering private practice, Alyssa clerked for the Honorable Douglas M. Fasciale in the Appellate Division of New Jersey. During law school, she served as a legal intern for the Honorable Patty Shwartz in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Honorable Rosemary Ramsay in the New Jersey Superior Court’s Civil Division.
Alyssa earned her law degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.S., cum laude, from Boston College. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
