Fisher Phillips, a national labor and employment law firm representing employers, announces the addition of Sean Daley as an associate in its Los Angeles office.
Daley has experience representing employers in single and multi-plaintiff litigation and administrative complaints before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor and the California Labor Commission. Outside the courtroom, he advises management on employment issues, including workplace policies and investigations. Daley joins the firm from Welter Law Firm, P.C.’s Burbank office.
“We are thrilled to add Sean to our team,” said Todd Scherwin, managing partner of the firm’s Los Angeles office. “With experience in front of state and federal courts and administrative agencies, he is a great complement to our litigation team and to our office.”
Daley previously served as an associate with a Pasadena-based litigation defense firm representing both public and private entities in a variety of litigation matters. During law school, he clerked for a general business litigation defense firm and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Dean Pregerson in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, in Los Angeles. He received his J.D. from Loyola Law School (2010) and his B.A. from University of Southern California (2005).
