Tim Scott appeared on WWL TV for a segment called Entrepreneur’s Labor and Employment Law 101.

Tim suggested setting up a hiring process to recruit the best candidates.

He also emphasized how important it is to run background checks even though a resume may look great.

He also offered insight on payroll and taxes.

“There is really just one way to set up your payroll," Tim explained. "If you don’t set it up right on the front end, you could get in trouble."
