Chris Stief and Bill Wright presented a webinar entitled "Employment Law in South America" on July 18, 2012.
This webinar was designed for Human Resource professionals who wish to get a broad-based understanding of the laws of several South American nations, such as Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Uruguay. An overview of employment laws in each country were discussed with particular emphasis on non-compete and trade secrets issues.
