Employers across the country are dealing with CBD use by employees and the rise of legalization of recreational and medical marijuana. In an interview with USA Today, Howard Mavity explains that the myriad of new cannabis-based laws can be confusing for employers while putting members of the workforce at risk of losing their jobs. To help deal with the confusion, Mavity suggests that employers review their policies paying close attention to the anti-drug guidance provided to employees.
