ATLANTA, GA (August 11, 2009) - Several attorneys from Fisher Phillips contributed to the 2009 South Carolina Employment and Labor Law Resource Guide: A Business Guide to South Carolina and Federal Laws published by the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce. The manual covers everything from the employment relationship through workers' compensation. As with previous editions, the guide is written in plain-English. Chapter topics include Hiring, Discrimination, USERRA, Privacy in the Workplace, Safety in the Workplace, and Performance Reviews.
