As we head into 2023, now is the perfect time to start thinking about updating your employee handbook. A well-written and current employee handbook is an important tool to stay ahead of the curve. This session will address key provisions that should be in your school’s handbook. It will also provide practical guidelines for managing employee performance as the school begins to consider its communications with underperforming employees to help them understand where they must focus for improvement or to establish the school’s ability to separate at the end of the school year.
