In an interview with Mini-Storage Messenger, Edwin Foulke offers his insight on how employers should handle an uptick in OSHA inspections. Advising that employers are likely to see “much more aggressive OSHA enforcement under the Biden administration,” Ed suggests that employers approach inspections with a clear understanding of boundaries. He recommends that employers set those expectations before any on-site visits. Ed also recommends that employers ask for management-level staff be present for inspections and interviews. Additionally, he advises that employers provide only the data and information that they are required to under law.
