Don't Have Too Much Fun at Your Holiday Party

It's that time of year again for the office holiday party. They can be help motivate employees and serve as a thank you for a job well done, but employers need to be aware of the dangers of having too much fun if the party isn't handled properly. 

Kathleen Caminiti with the New Jersey office of labor and employment law firm Fisher Phillips spoke with NJ1015.com Dino Flammia about the best way to prevent a holiday party mishap. “Employers might consider limiting alcohol. People let loose when they’ve had one too many,” Kathleen said. “You see more instances of sexual harassment, somebody telling a racist joke they would never tell, or a barroom brawl among co-workers.”
