Doing Business in Mexico: Remote Work Regulations, Compliance, and Employer Obligations for 2026
Event
2.12.26
1:00 PM — 2:00 PM EST
As remote and hybrid work models continue to evolve, Mexico’s labor framework has introduced specific rules and compliance obligations for employers and employees alike. In line with Mexico’s 2026 Labor Agenda, this webinar will provide a focused overview of the Remote Work (Telework) modality under Mexican law.
The session will address the applicable provisions of the Federal Labor Law and the requirements established under the Mexican Official Norm NOM-037-STPS-2023, which sets forth health, safety, and compliance standards for remote work environments. Attendees will gain practical insight into employer obligations, employee rights, risk prevention measures, and implementation best practices to support compliance when doing business in Mexico.
