Andrea Brizio Rivas counsels businesses in the full range of labor and employment issues, with particular experience in individual and collective employment relationships. A main focus of her work is liaising with U.S. counsel with respect to Mexican legal issues.

Andrea frequently works with employers to devise and implement preventive strategies and policies that appropriately balance the employer-employee relationship.
