Danielle Moore Honored Among Corporate Counsel’s 2023 Women, Influence & Power in Law Awards

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Danielle Moore has been recognized among Corporate Counsel’s 2023 Women, Influence, & Power in Law (WIPL) Awards recipients. The WIPL Awards honor general counsel, in-house leaders, and law firm partners who have demonstrated a commitment to advancing the empowerment of women in law.

Danielle, a San Diego-based partner, was honored among the top attorneys for Collaborative Leadership, women who stand out as working well with others with external and internal stakeholders – the “team players”, and Thought Leadership, women who focus on how true leadership can change the world.

At Fisher Phillips, Danielle is the founder and co-chair of the firm’s Women’s Initiative and Leadership Council (WiLC), the firm’s women-focused group that mentors and supports rising women attorneys, which now benefits attorneys across the firm’s 38 offices. Additionally, she serves as chair of the firm’s Development Committee, which operates as a think tank and sounding board for new and creative ideas and initiatives to help the firm stay at the forefront of workplace law.

In her legal practice, Danielle works with clients across the country to defend them against accusations of employment discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation or complex workplace issues. Especially amid threats of large-scale exposure due to rising numbers of class action lawsuits or Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions, Danielle’s deep understanding of the Labor Code helps her clients minimize liability and reduce future risk.

Danielle’s legal work has garnered various professional distinctions, including in Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America, San Diego Business Journal, San Diego Magazine, and SD Metro.

Danielle will be recognized at an awards dinner on Oct. 18 as part of the Women, Influence, & Power in Law Conference in New Orleans.
