In an interview with Forbes, Kevin Troutman explains whether employers can require employees to get vaccinated before returning to the workplace. When encouraging workers to come back to the office, he recommends employers work with their employees as much as possible by listening to their concerns and providing information about safety precautions taken in the workplace. This, he says, will help avoid coming across as strictly dictating and create a better return-to-work experience for everyone.
