In an interview with Law360 Fisher Phillips’ Chief Knowledge and Innovation Officer, Evan Shenkman, predicts that 2026 will be the year AI improves access to justice. "In 2026, we'll see a massive spike in (likely AI-facilitated) pro se case filings, leading to a significant increase in overall volume of new case filings, and an even more dramatic increase in the number of motions per case," Evan told Law360.
