Ceci Sun Rejoins Fisher Phillips

Fisher Phillips, an international labor and employment law firm representing employers, is pleased to announce that Ceci Sun has rejoined the firm as Of Counsel in Los Angeles.

Ceci previously served as an associate with Fisher Phillips from 2018-2021 before assuming the role of Workplace & Litigation Counsel for a national fast casual restaurant group. She is returning to Fisher Phillips to provide day-to-day employment law counseling to clients on workplace matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and compensation disputes. Ceci will also assist employers in their efforts to comply with state and federal laws, advising them on wage and hour laws, exemption status, meal and rest break policies, and reasonable accommodations, among other employment issues.

Ceci earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, and her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego. While in law school, Ceci served as senior production editor of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice and the community service chair of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. She also served as a mediator at the Los Angeles Superior Court and the Children’s Dependency Court.
