California Litigation Conference: Key Trends and Top Strategies for 2024

As 2023 comes to a close, the landscape of employment litigation in California remains complicated, creating new challenges to keep employers on their toes. This two-day virtual conference is intended for in-house counsel and HR directors. It will highlight four areas of litigation that have become increasing common over the last year to help employers understand the how to navigate this complex environment. We will also explore proven strategies to avoid litigation and how to leverage mediation, should litigation arise.
