For both small and large business owners, the first step to success as an employer is knowledge of wage and hour laws. The Fair Labor Standards Act as well as California’s labor laws are constantly evolving, and we are here to make sure your Company is up-to-date on the latest changes. When it comes down to something as fundamental as employee wages, there is no room for error. Even the slightest mistake could lead to an investigation by the Department of Labor or even a costly and time-consuming lawsuit by an employee. Join us for an in-depth discussion, where we will discuss our latest tips on ensuring compliance with the most up-to-date wage and hour laws and recent case law interpreting those laws.
