Bloomberg Law Interviews Healthcare Co-Chair About OSHA’s Soon-to-Expire ETS

In an interview with Bloomberg Law, Kevin Troutman, who leads the firm’s , weighs in on OSHA’s ETS, which is set to expire Dec. 21. “If OSHA issues a permanent rule, the agency should allow employers at least 30 days to comply with new requirements,” he said. Additionally, Kevin said that if the provisional standard was to lapse, he would expect most employers to continue complying with protective measures because the requirements parallel common COVID-19 safety protocols.
