Attorneys Listed in Illinois Super Lawyers and "Rising Star"

CHICAGO, IL (January 8, 2016) — Fisher Phillips, the national labor and employment law firm, has announced that, Craig Annunziata, managing partner of the Chicago office, is included in Illinois Super Lawyers 2016 and James Hux is included in Rising Stars 2016.
Super Lawyers magazine designates five percent of attorneys in each state as chosen by their peers and through the independent research of Law & Politics. Rising Stars names the state's top up-and-coming attorneys.
Hux is an associate, and he represents management in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment related claims arising under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the National Labor Relations Act, and restrictive covenant actions. He also advises clients and conducts training with regard to a wide array of federal and state employment issues and works with clients in negotiating and drafting various employment-related agreements, including restrictive covenant agreements and separation agreements and releases.
In selecting attorneys to be listed in Super Lawyers, Law & Politics employs a rigorous, multiphase process. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with third party research.
