Attorney Nathan Low Rejoins Fisher Phillips in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO (Nov. 07, 2018) – Fisher Phillips announces that Nathan Low has rejoined the firm as an associate in its San Francisco office.
Nathan represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including wage and hour class and collective actions, PAGA claims, single-plaintiff claims, and retaliation and wrongful termination claims. Nathan also has experience obtaining workplace violence restraining orders. He rejoins the firm from Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton’s San Francisco office.
While in law school at the University of California, Los Angeles (J.D., 2014), Nathan was a judicial extern for the Honorable David O. Carter of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the Honorable Gregory Keosian of the Los Angeles County Superior Court. In addition, he served as the managing editor for the Los Angeles Public Interest Law Journal and was a member of the Moot Court Honors Program, which competed throughout the country. Nathan earned his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley (2011).
