Attorney from Phoenix office of Fisher Phillips Selected as a Super Lawyers ‘2013 Southwest Rising Star'

PHOENIX, AZ (April 26, 2013) – Attorney Shayna Balch with the Phoenix office of Fisher Phillips has been selected as a 2013 Super Lawyers Southwest Rising Star, one of only 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state to be selected.   

Balch was nominated based on her outstanding work in employment litigation on behalf of employers. A 2006 graduate of Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, this is her second consecutive Rising Star selection. She is Martindale Hubble AV Preeminent reviewed and has been named as one of five women under the age of 35 in AZ Business Magazine's ranking of the 50 Most Influential Women in Arizona. 

Arizona’s Rising Stars are chosen on an annual basis using a comprehensive, multi-phase rating process. Each candidate is evaluated on professional achievement and must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less to qualify.
