Shayna was quoted on the increase of cases centered around employers dealing with workers who are Muslim or of other non-Western faiths.

Workplace discrimination lawsuits can cost businesses well into the six figures just in legal bills.

"The most identifiable religious claims that we have seen tend to deal with Middle Eastern religions, and those religions requiring certain dress codes," said Shayna.
