In honor of May being Mental Health Awareness Month, Fisher Phillips Partners, Colin Calvert and Courtney Leyes, will provide a one-hour webinar on the intersection of employee mental health and ADA accommodations. This discussion will include the interplay between mental health, accommodation requests, and anti-discrimination laws. They will also touch on the impact of mental health on the workforce, an employer’s legal obligations, and best practices for a supportive workplace culture.
