AG Webinar Series: EEO and Pay Data Reporting…It Is Coming!

Event

4.09.24
12:00 PM — 1:00 PM PDT

California law requires employers of 100 or more employees and/or 100 or more workers hired through labor contractors (including FLCs!) to annually report pay, demographic, and other workforce data to the Civil Rights Department (CRD). 2023 Pay Data Reports are due May 8, 2024. Are you ready?

Join our team to hear about CRD pay data reporting, specifically for agricultural employers. Also on the agenda—what is this data for and what does an employer need to do to ensure compliance?

The firm will submit this program for HRCI and SHRM credit.

If you have any questions, please contact Jennifer Barry-Smith.
