Rick Grimaldi Outlines ‘Eight Questions Employers Should Ask in 2022’

Does your workforce match current needs? Are you making employee well-being a priority? Have you moved past making statements about DEI to creating real belonging? Are we as flexible as we could be in how, when, and where people work? Do you have the right legal advisors?

These are a few of the questions that Rick Grimaldi had on his list in an Advisor Magazine article outlining eight key questions employers should be asking themselves in 2022.

“The start of a new year is a good time to think about what you’re doing right, what you could do better, and what needs a total overhaul,” said Rick. “It’s easy to get so buried in the day-to-day grind that we overlook huge problems. Getting intentional about auditing yourself and setting aside a little time to flex as needed can change everything about your future.”
