Danielle has received an increasing number of legal inquiries from employers in states that have legalized marijuana.
"I'm surprised at how vaguely written they (the ballot initiatives) still are when it comes to employee protections," Urban said.
Employers are unsure of their ability to enforce company drug policies if a worker tests positive in a state where marijuana is legal.
