**The 2025 California Litigation Conference has been rescheduled to Monday, May 12, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:15 p.m. PDT. 

The employment litigation challenges in California (and nationally) continue to grow and create significant and sometime business threatening risks for any employer in California. To help employers stay ahead of these challenges, Fisher Phillips is proud to announce the 2025 California Litigation Conference. This conference will be focused on strategies, insights and tips for decision makers in organizations who are faced with making litigation decisions, including in-house counsel, senior managers, and directors. It will highlight recent developments and trends in litigation as well as offer tips and techniques for working with outside counsel. Led by top attorneys from Fisher Phillips’ California Litigation practice group, this conference will share lessons learned, successful approaches to effectively manage and defend litigation, and how to prepare for legal conflicts in the workplace.
