Lunch and Learn with Fisher Phillips
The attorneys at Fisher Phillips are hosting a training camp this year to help you improve your batting average by learning about recent changes and trends in employment law. Expect to be a home run hitter with the guidance provided during these four interactive Lunch and Learn programs.
Make the play offs with a clear understanding about the EEOC’s current Strategic Enforcement Plan. This year’s line up will highlight critical focus areas for managing your team which include recruiting season (pre-employment testing), analysis of documentation that will keep you out of the dugout, fair team selection (systemic discrimination), the use of pinch hitters (reasonable accommodation), and benefit law guidance all employers need to know.
These timely and hard-hitting presentations will benefit chief executive officers, chief operating officers, human resources professionals and in-house counsel with labor and employment responsibility. Ask all the questions you may have while attending the program—the experienced attorneys at Fisher Phillips will be there to give you the information you need!
