McKnight’s Senior Living cited this firm insight in an article about all the organizations’ comments submitted in response to OSHA’s proposed heat rule. Partner, Robin Repass, weighed-in on some of the comments and noted that certain organizations “urged the DOL to pivot to a performance-based, risk-focused approach, rather than prescriptive, fixed, break and acclimatization timelines.”
