Phillip C. Bauknight, Partner, Workplace Safety, Employment Discrimination and Harassment, Litigation and Trials, Berkeley Heights, NJ & New York, NY
Phillip represents and serves as trusted counsel to employers on workplace safety, employment litigation, and other complex employment matters. Phillip maintains a nationwide practice where he helps clients advance their legal and operational goals and frequently manages complex employment disputes. A significant portion of his practice focuses on OSHA and workplace safety matters across the country. He routinely helps clients contest and litigate OSHA citations and represents employers during OSHA inspections and investigations, conducts OSHA compliance audits, defends whistleblower and retaliation claims, and provides OSHA compliance counseling.

When asked about his client service philosophy, Phillip says: “My philosophy for client service is defined by one main principle: making my clients' lives easier. This means being extremely responsive, anticipating issues, removing obstacles, and providing practical, timely advice. My goal is always the same: to be the partner my clients need so they can focus on successfully running their businesses”.
Paul J. Greco, Partner, Employee Defection and Trade Secrets, Life Sciences and Pharma, Philadelphia
Paul represents employers in labor and employment matters, with a particular focus on protecting intellectual property rights and related business interests arising out of employment relationships. Paul dedicates a substantial portion of his practice to clients in the medical device field but also has significant experience in matters for clients in other industry sectors as well, including financial services, healthcare, oil and gas, and biotechnology start-ups.

Paul reflected on his client service philosophy, saying: “My goal for client service is to add value to the partnership I have with my clients. I work hard to develop a deep understanding of their businesses because that enables me to see how each individual matter I handle fits into the bigger picture. I strive to provide practical advice and proactive recommendations that allow my clients to identify emerging risks, take advantage of opportunities, and focus on running and growing their businesses.”
