In an interview with The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Jennifer Sandberg discusses how the virus surge is impacting employer’s back-to-office plans. While many employers are taking conservative approaches, recent federal guidance and rulings may give them more confidence to expand requirements, Jennifer says. “I think we will see more employers asking about vaccination status, and I think ultimately we will see more employers requiring the vaccine,” Jennifer says. “From a business perspective, it’s the easiest and quickest way of getting back to business as usual.”
