Her most immediate aim is to have the firm's lawyers become more engaged in the Tampa community.
"We've done a good job through various activities and events but I would like to enhance our ability to work with more locally based clients," she said. Although Fisher Phillips was founded in the 1940s and has been in Tampa for a decade, Howard thinks there is room for the firm to grow. "We have a very solid local client base but we are still somewhat new to the Tampa market."
