In an interview with The San Francisco Chronicle, Ben Ebbink weighs in on vaccine-related regulations and laws in California while the federal vaccine mandate is challenged in court. Ben says that “exclusion pay is probably the biggest top line issue” in the permanent standard being discussed. Another unknown is what the future of workplace vaccine mandates will look like in California. Ben says, “it’s more likely the Legislature comes back in January and does a vaccine mandate by legislation.”
