Privacy and Cyber Co-Chair Discusses California's Serial CIPA Lawsuit Crisis with Sacramento Bee

In an interview with the Sacramento Bee, Usama Kahf discussed the serial lawsuit abuse driving California's CIPA litigation crisis. Usama described a pattern in which the same plaintiffs repeatedly target hundreds of businesses: "One person is suing 500 businesses, right? So, it results in a lot of abuse".
