Mark Ricciardi, Las Vegas managing partner, was quoted from his television interview on the Ralston Reports October 23 posting.
Mark discussed arbitration errors in a recent police award case saying, "I take issue with the police union’s legal memo. . . which calls it a minor deviation." Mark added that he thought allowing the errors to be brushed off was, "an enormous deviation from the statute."
