Corporate Counsel announced that Fisher Phillips’ partners Todd Fredrickson and Courtney Leyes are finalists for the 2026 Women, Influence & Power in Law Awards honoring leaders who have demonstrated a commitment to advancing the empowerment of women in law.
Todd was recognized as a finalist in the category of "Ally of the Year" for his commitment to allyship in the workplace. Todd and his fellow finalists in this category are described as “those who listen with empathy and seek to understand different perspectives, show up by being present, engaged, and committed to diversity efforts in the firm, and speak up as an advocate to others.”
Courtney was recognized as a finalist in the category of "Collaborative Leadership – External" for leading through strategic and impactful collaboration and ability to build strong partnerships with clients, stakeholders and external partners. She and the other finalists are described as women who “are adept at fostering mutual trust, bridging organizational divides and aligning diverse interests to drive collective success and long-term relationships.”
